Description

This detail is the heart of “The Heart Of Things.” It’s a painting I started not long after losing my mom, and has been changing and evolving since — like me. In yogic tradition, the heart chakra is represented with the color green. But I’ve put a golden-yellow glow at the center of the heart, because even in the darkest of times I’ve learned to trust that Light is still there, radiating hope and healing.
